Your name, email, phone and passenger details to issue tickets; payment data handled securely by Bancard (we never store full card numbers); and basic usage data to operate the service.
2. How we use it
To process your bookings, issue and send your tickets, provide support, send trip notifications by email and WhatsApp, and improve Bussin.
3. Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the bus operator for your trip and with our payment provider (Bancard) to process payments. We do not sell your data.
4. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data, and manage your saved cards and wallet from your account at any time.
5. Security
Payments use encrypted Bancard checkout with 3-D Secure. Access to operational dashboards is restricted to authorized staff.
