1. Acceptance
By using Bussin and buying a ticket, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Bussin is a marketplace that lets you search, compare and book bus tickets from independent operators. The transport itself is provided by those operators, who are responsible for the trip.
3. Bookings & payments
Prices are shown in the trip currency and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Bancard. Your tickets are issued once payment is confirmed and sent to you by email and WhatsApp.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and change conditions depend on the operator and fare. When a refund applies, it is credited to your Bussin wallet to use on a future trip, unless stated otherwise.
5. Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the passenger and contact details you provide. Operators are responsible for schedules, boarding and the trip experience.
6. Liability
Bussin acts as an intermediary and is not liable for delays, cancellations or incidents caused by the operators, beyond facilitating the booking and any applicable refund.

We may update these terms; the latest version is always published on this page.
